Before, people had a hard time expressing their feelings through texts. Sometimes, people use emoticons, a series of symbols that can form an emotion, such as a smiley face, a sad face, or even a grumpy face. For Apple devices, its keyboard already has an emoji keyboard on it. Yet, for Android phones, they have an emoji keyboard, but it only has limited emojis.

This emoji is a simple, small icon that represents a green check. The check mark emoji was invented in 1993, but it is only limited to different platforms before. It became a qualified emoji that is included in Unicode 1.1, and it was first added to the Emoji 0.6 version.

Grinning Face Emoji

If you feel happy or are proud of something you did today and want to share it with a friend or family member, send them a grinning face emoji. This yellow, smiley face emoji genuinely conveys humor or great pleasure.

The grinning face emoji was first included in Unicode 6.1 in the year 2012. It was further included in Emoji 1.0 version in the year 2015. This emoji is more commonly known as a smiley face or a happy face because it conveys an image of a person smiling. It is currently ranked as the 61st most used emoji in different social media apps.

Rolling on the Floor Laughing Emoji

This yellow-faced emoji features a massive grin on the face with its eyes scrunched because of intensive laughter. The emoji portrays as if they are laughing out loud. You can use this emoji if you find something amusing from the person you are exchanging messages to.

In short, the rolling on the floor laughing emoji conveys hysterical laughter. This is the previous emoji design that Microsoft featured with both hands and feet. This emoji became a part of Unicode 9.0 in 2016 and is included in Emoji 3.0 the same year.

Money-Mouth Face Emoji

Whether you just got your salary or feeling a little lucky in terms of money lately, this emoji is the best way to express how you feel about it. The money-mouth emoji features a face with raised eyebrows and a dollar bill coming out of its mouth. It also has dollar signs as its eyes.

When you’re dealing with money, or you’re happy for your wealth, or if you want to show financial success, this emoji can say it all. This emoji has become part of Unicode 8.0 in the year 2015, and it is a part of Emoji 1.0 in the same year. This emoji is also known as the rich emoji, dollar sign eyes, or merely the money face.

Nauseated Face Emoji

If you feel sick and feel nauseous suddenly, with puffy eyes and red cheeks, this emoji is the best icon to describe what you are feeling. This emoji displays physical illness or disgust.

Sometimes, when people feel disgusted with what they see online, they use this nauseated emoji to explain their feelings. This emoji became part of Unicode 9.0 in 2016 and was added to Emoji 3.0 in the same year.

Face with Steam from Nose Emoji

If you are feeling outraged, then this emoji will let people know you are pissed. This emoji features a yellow face with furrowed eyebrows with closed eyes. The two steaming puff from the nose signify heat, which conveys tension.

This emoji became part of the Unicode 6.0 in 2010, and it was then called “Face with a triumphant look.” It was included in the Emoji 1.0 five years after. Microsoft made the earlier designs of this emoji.
