Bluehost claims they ‘re not enforcing any government limitations. In fact, they note, “while having an email address is unrestricted, they depend on the file capacity available on the server. Customers will work under the Terms of Service to ensure that services are sufficient to completely allow email features. Customers working under the Terms of Service are yet to run up against legal restrictions for accounts, URLs, or websites.
And what’s the catch? For example, although you get help for POP3 and IMAP4 plus 24/7, this is something like a barebone approach. You can choose between three webmail applications (equivalent to Outlook.com or Gmail.com), Horde, Roundcube or Squirrelmail.
You should, of example, instal an email application such as Mail for Windows 10 or Mozilla Thunderbird to read your emails offline. Having a new email address is a doddle with a simple user interface.

Email hosting may sound costly, and that is mainly because major corporations are fighting endlessly to provide the greatest amount of inbox and file storage space. That’s perfect if you need it, just not so much for light email users searching for negotiating.
Fasthosts Simple Email Plan is a stripped-down email hosting service that provides the basic necessities for a rather low price.
You get two email addresses of 2 x 2 GB mailboxes to sign up. You can also get antivirus, POP3 and IMAP4, 24/7 service, and webmail links. That’s limited but look at the price: just $2.60 (£1.99) a month on the annual plan (you can get 50 per cent off at the time of writing). Unless the customers don’t even need the gigabytes available elsewhere, Fasthost’s more simple bundle may make a lot of sense.
Fasthosts also provides a more powerful Exchange Email package with a 50 GB mailbox, connectivity to the Outlook web interface, and even a free domain for the first year. It’s valued at $5.8 (£4.49) a month for five or more customers on an annual plan. You may also select a $13 (£9.99) 100 GB mailbox. As before, Fasthosts focuses more on price than strength, but if you just need a simple Exchange account, there’s a lot of interest here.

Office No 365
Microsoft Office 365 is not yet a popular suite of productivity software. It even bundles in a very competent email kit, and for less money than other services, it pays for email only, which might make the company worth a spot on the shortlist.
Microsoft 365 Enterprise Specific includes support for 150 MB attachments, for example, three times the size permitted by some premium rivals. 50 GB of storage per person (with unique email domain address) ensures that you will be able to hold your messages for a very long time, with 1 TB of online storage is included through your OneDrive wallet.
Access to Office Online allows you to work with Text, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint presentations from inside the device, plus there are a range of business-friendly extras: schedules, video conferencing, smart scan, process management, and more.
If you don’t even have Office 365, the Company Specific price of $5 a month (for annual billing) sounds like a reasonable deal to us. However, if you are only interested in business-class email, Microsoft’s Exchange Online Plan 1 provides Exchange accounts for $4 per user per month on an annual plan.

Zoho Mail is a centralised e-mail provider with a packed electronic office package and a range of bonuses. Several of the newest features introduced by Zoho Mail are: offline mode, undo mail, recall mail, huge attachments (up to 250 MB) and a few others.
A free plan gives you five mailboxes with up to 5 GB per user, an attachment limit of 20 MB and webmail access. A referral system could give you help for another 25 mailboxes (at the time of writing the referral service was not active due to remodelling).
When that is too simple, the Standard Plan would provide you support for IMAP and POP, 30 MB attachments and 30 GB of data, 5 GB of file storage space, and support for operating with various domains. This is more capable than some of the premium competition and includes the same productivity tools as the free suite, but still costs only $3 per user per month, billed annually.
Zoho ‘s Advanced package would offer you 100 GB of capacity (per user), 40 MB of attachments, support for Active Directory classes, and more. It’s yours for $6 per account per month (billed annually), not bad at all for the disc space and apps you receive. Also, Lite’s plan is available with less features, but it’s only $1 per user per month, billed annually.
